The Commissioners approved the renewal
of the Employee Assistance Program with Magellan Behavioral Health.
The Commissioners approved the request
by Delores Hogue, a Chemical Dependency Counselor at Grant County PARC to take
leave without pay in November to travel to
The Commissioners approved the salary
increase of Tammera J. Roloff of the Juvenile Department to $2,339 per month.
Commissioners Snead was authorized to
sign the Covenant Not To Sue executed by Manuel De Jesus Pleitez and Maria J.
Pleitez.
Chairman Snead was authorized to sign
the Notice of Separation or Work Interruption of Daniel W. Schmidt of the
Juvenile Department.
The Commissioners approved the
starting salary of Lyliane J. Sheetz of the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office at
100% of a Deputy Prosecutor 1.
The Commissioners approved the
starting salary of Teresa J. Chen of the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office at 100%
of a Deputy Prosecutor I.
The Commissioners received a signed
copy of the Contract with James W. Potts.
A motion was made by Commissioner
Allison, seconded by Commissioner Moore that Resolution Number 2002-148-CC
setting a public hearing for
The Commissioners approved the salary
increase of Doris Long of the Assessors Office to $1,902.60 per month.
The Commissioners approved the
structural changes and requested new position in the Auditors Office called
Licensing and Recording Lead.

The Commissioners signed approval of
the Public Works Claims Fund Vouchers #10-1 through #10-131 in the total amount
of $1,839,223.26.
The Commissioners received a signed
copy of Contract #02-64002-016 with the Office of Community Development
regarding the Sentinel Gap Water System.
A Public Hearing was held and a motion
was made by Commissioner Moore, seconded by Commissioner Allison that
Resolution Number 2002-149-CC authorizing an appropriation and expenditure of
funds in the Current Expense Fund #001, Auditors Office Department #104 in the
total amount of $18,500 be passed. The
motion carried.
