motion was made by Commissioner Allison, seconded by Commissioner Snead that
Resolution No. 2003-043-CC, a resolution authorizing an appropriation and
expenditure of fund for Affordable Housing Fund #129, Department #171, in the
amount of $90,000, be passed. Motion carried.

motion was made by Commissioner Snead, seconded by Commissioner Allison, that
Resolution No. 2003-044-CC, a resolution relating to a supplemental extension
in the 2003 budget of the Law & Justice Fund #121, Department #163, due to
unanticipated state and/or federal funds in the amount of $146,570, be passed.

motion was made by Commissioner Snead, seconded by Commissioner Allison, that
Resolution No. 2003-046-CC, an Ordinance: Confirming the Final Assessment Roll
for Grant County Road Improvement District (CRID) No. 2001-01; certifying said
Assessment Roll to the County Treasurer for Collection; directing the County
Treasurer to provide notice that the Assessment roll is in his hands for
collection; providing for the time in which assessments and installments
thereof are to be paid; providing for the penalty payable on delinquent
assessments and installments thereof; and, other matters properly related
thereto, be passed. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Commissioner Allison, seconded by Commissioner Snead, that Resolution No. 2003-047-CC, an Ordinance: confirming the Final Assessment Roll for Grant County Road Improvement District (CRID) No. 2001-02; certifying said Assessment Roll to the County Treasurer for collection; setting forth procedures relating to exemptions, constructive notice of potential liability and, withdrawal from classification or change in use; directing the County Treasurer to provide notice that the Assessment Roll is in his hands for collection; providing for the time in which assessments and installments thereof are to be paid; providing for the penalty payable on delinquent assessments and installments thereof; and, other matters properly relating thereto, be passed. Motion carried.

Public Hearing was held regarding the Comprehensive Six Year Transportation
Improvement Program. A motion was made by Commissioner Snead, seconded by
Commissioner Moore, that Resolution No. 2003-045-CC, a resolution in the matter
of amending the Comprehensive Six Year Transportation Improvement Program for
the years 2003 to 2008, as presented, be passed. Motion carried. Being familiar
with the record and based on the recommendation by Public Works Department,
Commissioner Allison signed the Resolution.
