COMMISSIONERS’ PROCEEDINGS

Week of March 3, 2003

Commissioners Moore and Allison attended the National Association of Counties meeting in Washington DC, the week of March 3^rd.

A previously advertised Sealed Bid Opening for the lease and sale of Farm Unit 64, Block 75, was held Tuesday, March 4, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. Commissioner Snead, the Director of Public Works, Assistant Director of Public Works, and Clerk of the Board were in attendance. No public attended the meeting. A bid was received, and due to the fact that the Board lacked a quorum, the matter was tabled until the week of March 10, 2003, when the Board can take action.
