A motion was made by Commissioner Snead, seconded by Commissioner Allison, that Resolution No. 2003-024-CC in the matter of Tren Jones application for a Reasonable Use Exception for the allowance of a single family dwelling unit on a five (5) acre parcel in the agriculture zone, located in a portion of Section 18, Township 19 North, Range 29 EWM, Grant County, Washington, be passed. The motion carried. Commissioner Moore opposed the motion.

Motion carried, Commissioner Allison opposed the motion.
