The Commissioners authorized the Prosecuting Attorney’s office to proceed with negotiations to settle the claim involving Public Works Department.

date, the Board, by a majority vote, does approve for payment those vouchers
certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those
expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by
RCW 42.24.090, in the amount of $904,814.17 as recorded on a listing and made
available to the Board.

The Commissioners approved the Failure Mode Effect Analysis Out of Office Staff/Alternate Settings Safety on behalf of Development Disabilities.
The
Commissioners approved the Request for Transfer, due to necessary expenditures
unforeseen at the time of approval of the 2003 budget, in the Current Expense
Fund #001, Capital Outlay and Other, Department #141, in the amount of $4,228.
A Public Hearing was held regarding Appeal of Official Administrative Interpretation – Piney Creek Land & Royalty Company. The hearing was continued to Monday, February 9, 2004, 1:30 p.m.
The Chair
of the Board was authorized to sign the Larry Verhage (Verhage SP) Final Plat
Submission and Review, File #03-3663.
The
Commissioners signed the Public Works Claims Fund Voucher Approval No. 11-1
through No. 11-2 in the total amount of $1,833.97, as recorded on a listing and
made available to the Board.
