USE PERMIT– Request for the expansion of an existing twelve (12) acre
surface mine to encompass fifty-two (52) acres. The uses would include a surface
mine, rock crushing, stockpiling of crushed rock, and set up of a temporary
asphalt batch plant on-site as needed.
