1. PUBLIC HEARING – Paul Kulle / Gerde – Variance from the current side-yard setback requirement of 10-feet, to a 5-foot side yard setback, to allow the development of a single-family dwelling unit. The subject property is on Lot 15, Block #1 of Sunland Estates Div. #1, (Wanapum Street) in a Shoreline Develop-ment 4 Zone of Grant County. (2-18-22) Jason #00-3006

3. PUBLIC HEARING – House of Blues Concerts, Inc. - Conditional Use Permit Annual Review of the Gorge Campground (Basecamp) to verify that the conditions of the permit are being met or exceeded. The C.U.P. permitted a 130-acre campground utilized in conjunction with the Gorge Amphitheater with an approved binding site plan for up to 7,800 campsites, and associated facilities.
