1. PUBLIC HEARING – Susan Gerde -- Variance - to the side-yard setback to allow the construction of a double-car garage with a storage room (22 x 30 see plans). Currently, the Shoreline Development-4 Zone requires 10-foot setbacks on the sides and the rear. The variance would allow the garage to have a 7 feet setback on one side and 5 feet on the other. 2. PUBLIC HEARING – Royal Bluffs Ranch LLC – Conditional Use Permit to allow the placement of a manufactured home on the property for use during seasonal hunting.
