1. PUBLIC HEARING - Randy Niesnner - Variance from sign restrictions
in the Unified Development Code to allow placement of three signs for a convenience
store / gas station. 1) A lighted message sign 31.5 feet tall with an 18.3 foot
by 5.6-foot message board. 2) A storefront neon sign. 3) A gas station three
panel sign 30 feet tall and about 8.5 feet wide. This is in the Urban Heavy
Industrial zone.
