1) PUBLIC HEARING – Zone change request from Ivor Goodrich from Residential One to Residential Two on a parcel approximately 4.5 acres in size in a portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section 03, Township 18 North, Range 28 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington..

2) PUBLIC HEARING – Plat alteration request from Jeffrey G. and Deloris W. Dayett to create a 5.6 acre lot and a 3.4 acre lot from the existing 9 acre lot known as Tract 45, Park Orchard Tracts. The Parcel is located in a portion of the Southwest quarter of Section 11, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W.M., Grant County.

3) PUBLIC HEARING – Supplementary Use Regulation Code Amendment to allow the siting of public and private utilities.
