1) PUBLIC HEARING – Ronald Garrison - Plat Alteration to create two lots from one approximately five (5) acre parcel. Lot #1 is proposed to be approximately 2.4 acres and lot # 2 is to be approximately 2.97 acres. The subject parcel is located in a portion of Farm Unit 153, Block 71, and is located within the Agriculture Zone of Grant County. (00-2935)
