1. PUBLIC HEARING – DONALD JACOBSON – Preliminary Plat to subdivide 71.6 acres in the Rural Residential-1 zone into 14 lots. Thirteen lots will range in size from 1 acre to 2.08 acres in two clusters of 7 and 6 lots each, one lot will be 51.0 acres with 41.72 acres designated as open space.
