2. PUBLIC HEARING – IGNACIO & ELENA NAVARRETE - Plat alteration of Mattawa Acres No. 2, Replat No. 5. The proponent is seeking to subdivide approximately 9.56 acres in the Rural Residential-1 zone into 2 lots. The lots will be 4.77 acres each.

This proposal will only apply to land with the RD zoning.
