1. PUBLIC HEARING – Grant County Planning – Minor Zone change to be compatible with the Port of Moses Lake Master Plan for the Grant County Airport in accordance with the 2000 Comprehensive Plan Amendment.

2. PUBLIC HEARING – Vince & Nancy McKinlay – Minor Re-zone to allow residential development of Lot #1, Block #1 of Schawana Plat. The rezone is to change the existing zone from Rural General Commercial to Rural Community.
